Step 2

Upload Your logo or art

We only accept PDF or SVG files for embroidery. These formats keep your logo sharp and stitch-ready.

Pro tip: If you have a PNG or JPG, you can often export it as a PDF. If you’re stuck, just reach out—we’ll guide you through it.

Step 3

Tell us details

Include any special notes: thread color preferences, patch shape, where the logo came from, etc. The more info, the better.

Review Your Proof

We’ll send back a digital mockup so you can see how it’ll look on the gear. This is your chance to tweak or approve.

Step 5

We take over

Once you give the green light, we begin embroidery and production. Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks.

FAQs

Yes—on products labeled Custom Logo Upload. Passport-style items do not support file uploads.

We only accept PDF or SVG files for embroidery. These formats ensure your design stitches cleanly. If you only have a PNG or JPEG, reach out—we might be able to convert it for you.

Embroidery is thread-based, textured, and long-lasting. Sublimated or printed patches are flat and can show more detail or full color, but they’re not stitched.

Absolutely. Send us what you have—we’ll check if it works and guide you from there.

Once your proof is approved, most orders ship within 2–3 weeks. Rush options may be available.

Yes! Department orders include a reorder link so you can grab the same setup anytime.

Passport Color
The main color of your patch background (e.g. White Passport, Black Passport). This is a fixed design style where you can edit text and border color only—no logo uploads.

Border Thread Color
The stitching color that outlines your patch. You choose this during customization.

Embroidery
Your design is stitched into the patch using thread. It’s durable, raised, and perfect for logos with clean lines.

Sublimation
A printing method used for full-color designs like stickers or printed patches. Not raised—great for detailed artwork.

Custom Logo Upload
A product option that lets you upload your department’s full logo or patch. Only available on select items.

Mockup / Proof
A digital preview of your custom product that we send before we begin production. You’ll get a chance to approve or request changes.

Patch Shape
The outline of the patch—circle, rectangle, shield, etc.—chosen based on product type and design.

Vector File
A scalable file format (like PDF or SVG) that’s required for embroidery. It keeps your logo sharp at any size.
