Refund policy

  • Please contact us at this email truckielids@gmail.com for any questions or concerns about a return.
  • We do accept order returns within 10 business days of receiving your hat. IF there is an error on our part & if the Flex-Fit caps does not fit correctly when placed on your head.
  • All items returned must be in new unworn/sellable condition w/the exception of first trying it on of course. 
  • Once an item is received and inspected and meets all returnable criteria. Then we will issue back a refund to the original payment method used by the customer when placing the order and we will notify you via email.
