We really like the caps, but we have had a couple that - brand new out of the box - lost their snap back straps due to stitches coming undone.

The hat, while not "name brand" quality like a Richardson 112, fits good, is comfortable, and is quality enough for a daily driver cap. The embroidery and stitching is very high quality! The backside of the stitching on the inside of the hat is nice and cleaned up too! When comparing hats with a colleague who had spent upwards of 45 dollars on a similar custom hat, everyone agreed his looked slightly better; but when told the prices, unanimously this hat was the better option.
